Introduction	I am someone who is never ok with the status quo. I thrive on improvement in all areas of life.....but i also love "couch" or "deck" time relaxing with my wonderful family and friends. Balancing these can be difficult...but I try. I hope and plan to train for a full marathon next year...but will train for a triathlon and a half-marathon this year. I live on a small lake outside the twin cities with my husband, our "puppy" (ok, she is a twelve year old american bulldog..but she still acts like a puppy) and our 5 (yes 5) kitties. I have done an exchange program in Germany, volunteered for the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia, studied at the University of Nairobi's law school in Kenya for a summer and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul with a Juris Doctor in 2008. I currently handle environmental law issues as well as contracts, export issues and a variety of random legal issues for a Minnesota based corporation. My job is never boring, i never stop learning, and I feel privileged to work with some incredible people. Oh yeah, i am a HUGE Minnesota Twins fan.
Interests	Travel (especially to new and out of the way places), Scuba diving, kayaking, physical activities of all kinds (swimming, running, kickboxing, etc.), going to Twins games, doing just about anything with my amazing husband, and spending time with my friends and family.
Favorite movies	The new Batman movies, The Count of Monti Cristo, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Avatar, the Illusionist, The Prestige, Toy Story, Last of the Moheekans, lots of others.
Favorite music	Yikes......it varies. Dave Matthews Band, NIN, Soulcoughing, Ray Charles, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, U2..the list goes on and on.
Favorite books	Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Kathy Riechs murder mystery books.
