| Introduction | I began my career as a registered nurse upon completion Diploma in nursing course in 1974 and I attended the Higher Certificate of Nursing (Education) from the University of Malaya in 1986. I graduated with the Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Nursing Studies from the University of St. Martin, Lancaster, United Kingdom and completed my Master in Management Science (2002) from the North University of Malaysia. Since 2004, I have served as Director of Nursing in one of the private University College in Kuala Lumpur among the largest in Malaysia with 3700 student nurses undergoing the nursing program. In my past time I just enjoy spending with my family and travelling .Even though I am a mother of five and with one grandson of 3 years old I believed “a person who graduate today and stop learning tomorrow is uneducated the day after". |
