| Introduction | I feel like I don't know my own name, which is why I give the name of Franz Kafka's immortal Josef K., more commonly referred to in Der Process as K., who was truly nameless. I'm a twenty year old American girl, the half-orphan daughter of an Atheist and a widow, and I am perpetually enrolled in academia, although I am technically midway through my junior year. On September 29, I leave for Germany, where I will be attending the Universität Duisburg-Essen to study German language & literature, my first passion, for a year. When I return I'll be studying Geology at Florida Atlantic University, the science that stole my heart. I love horses madly, and I will be riding dressage in Germany, and hopefully competing at the 2010 Arabian US Nationals when I return with my Youth National Champion Arabian gelding DA Prism+/. I also love fashion, which my blog 'exquisite corpse' details in great length. |

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
Why would you take the peel off an apple? That's where the "sweetest meats are hid", to quote Anansi Boys.
