| Introduction | I'm a chick in my early 30's who has a normal office job by day, but outside of work I love to run, play, frolic, and live life to the fullest! I am training for my first full marathon in March 2012, and have run a few half marathons.. so this is going to be a major deal for me. I've had scoliosis all my life and had to have spinal fusion in 1999, so being able to walk, run, cycle, swim.. well I am just SO thankful. I've overcome a lot, from surgery to eating issues and broken hearts galore, but mainly what I changed throughout it all is my attitude. I went from poor me to look at how lucky I am! and it all went uphill from there. I finally realized that if you have "An Attitude of Gratitude" life will be great no matter what. |
