| Introduction | I run the show at CrossFit Asheville in North Carolina. I have been CrossFitting since April 2007 and prior to that I was a distance runner constantly battling injuries. Finding CrossFit was the best thing that ever happened to me. I am in the best shape of my life and constantly improving. I love that everyday I am surrounded by many individuals all working towards various goals with a similar purpose; to optimize their own genetic potential! |
