| Introduction | Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a wife and mother to a beautiful little girl. I am also a RN at a local Emergency Department. My family is new to the NoVa/DC area and we are just starting to explore and learn about all it has to offer. I started this blog in hopes that it will keep me accountable for what I do (and don't do) in regards to diet and exercise.
