| Introduction | ...it often starts with a drink in the pub, maybe half a leffe and packet of crisps and the instant someone asks what I do for a living or to clarify why I do it ... well the enthusiastic art lover comes out in me. I instantly launch into how great art and culture is, what I’ve seen recently and more importantly what they should go and see. Inevitably this often ends in me either defending contemporary art and trying to win over the person (whilst drinking copious amounts of leffe) or depending on the person, just giving up at the start and saying I rob banks for a living...a few giggles and no further questions asked. So, the point is ...whilst this blog is a good personal reference of my memories and experiences, it’s also a very handy resource for all those frustrating times in the pub where in future I can just direct people here ... it’s my get-out-of-jail free card. Disclaimer– I’m wearing my own hat here ... the opinions are my own and not as a representative of any organisation or company. As you’ll guess quite early on, unfortunately I’m not a writer.
