| Introduction | The principle of leading by example is truly significant to who Tim is and what he does. He understands with leadership comes great privileges but more importantly great responsibility. Tim's key strength in leadership is revealed as he serves others and as he leads by example. His passion is to be on a continuous journey in experiencing growth in himself and assisting others to grow and flourish in ways they could never imagine. The component to go from success to significance is dependent upon whether people are willing to change bad habits and mindsets of what they thought was considered successful. Tim teaches that the principles of success still apply, but it is taking those principles and being motivated by the development of others first; not only attempting to develop the business, but also partnering with great, quality people who are enthusiastic and willing to build a great, quality business. The outcome of Tim's success is based on the people and when they are finally valued and appreciated, by default everything else will follow. |
