| Introduction | Josef Garver I've lived in the SouthWest for the greater part of my life, with a couple of brief interludes on the east coast (Connecticut) and the west indies (Puerto Rico, Jamaica) which together amount to less than two years and 2 1/2 years in Portland OR.
