| Introduction | I'm Bruneian (which no one ever knows where it is unless they're Southeast Asian themselves) and I'm Chinese. I don't speak Mandarin (*gasp* really? Yes, really) but my dialect is Hokkien, which people have assured me sounds like Taiwanese but I don't really think so. I speak English really well (not boasting, just fact) and loads of people seem to find that strange. I don't know why. Generally, I'm a really cheeky person who likes to laugh but I have my quiet moments too but only people who really know me know this. I don't give good first impressions to people being shy and withdrawn with people I don't really know. Add that to the fact that I truly believe I intimidate people doesn't really make them like me much at first sight. Things that make me really angry: racial and religious prejudice, also people who cheat on their partners. Things that make me really happy: er..tons actually. like a perfect day, or if the sky is a nice shade of blue, or if I've found a book that I've been hunting for, good hair days, when I think I've done something well, a good chat with friends, etc etc etc :D |

| Favorite Movies | I really really like the Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore movies (Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates) and Julia Roberts rocks!!!!! Funniest movies of all time? Hmm.. Robin Hood Men in Tights, and To Be or Not To Be! Both were Mel Brooks productions and Brilliant! (trying to get the DvD's for those) Am into anime too - Avatar, and Ninja Robots (which is REALLY hard to find!) |
| Favorite Books | all time favourite classic - Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. all time funniest tongue in cheek - Don't Stand Too Close to a Naked Man by Tim Allen (no longer in print and I am in the process of acquiring a copy!! EXCITING!!) er..used to read romance novels, you know "Purple Passion", "Midnight Rose" etc etc etc but no longer do. All plots and bust (and misc appendage) sizes were the same. *thought: why don't romance novel heroes have accidents that leave em with one testicle? they always manage to sustain "noble" injuries* |
