About me

Introduction	I have been working in food business since 1997. While I was working in Baku, Azerbaijan we were importing commodities into new independent Country. In 2002, I opened my own Coffee business in the USA. I imported green coffee beans from Colombia and other parts of the world; roast them in different techniques. At the same time I become a Barista and I opened my own Coffee House-Cafeteria in Chicago, IL; where I was serving not only coffee and food as well. In 2005, I took an opportunity to manage Grocery store chain’s coffee section in New York. We sold approximately 1000 cups of coffee daily in each store and also, we sold more than 500 lbs of our own coffee brand Gulden Coffee. We used to be the only Turkish coffee producer in the USA. At this moment, I own a Turkish Restaurant in Cali, Colombia. We specialize in Turkish food and coffee. We also do caterings and specialty food shows in Colombia. My passion for the food business industry put me at the different locations and positions. Gaining a lot of experience and enriching my knowledge every day.
