| Introduction | Many gorgeous things are maligned in this life - our sexual organs are swear words, the lovely colour blue is stuck with being sad - and for things to have become like my beloved feminine physique (pear-shaped) is to have taken a turn for the worse. I wish to undo some of these injustices, not least regarding the wonderments of being both pear-shaped, and, (not irregularly in my case) somewhat pickled. |
