| Introduction | is currently the Supervisor of the Town of Ulster. Supervisor Woerner was first elected in 2005 as the youngest Supervisor in the history of the State of New York. Woerner was reelected to a second term in 2007. Supervisor Woerner has accomplished many things for the citizen's of the Town of Ulster including the establishment of a legal Citizens Police Commission; Recreation Commission; Stablizing property taxes, creation of an economic Development Committee and an increase in essential Town services. Nick has been referred to by many as " The new face of the Democratic party" In addition to being Town Supervisor Nick Woerner is also the co-owner of Hudson Valley Memorials that design and construct memorials, he is also the owner of Capitol Horizons, a company that has assisted in securing more than 30 Million dollars for the development and construction of 200 units of affordable and Senior Housing. |
