| Introduction | I'm Roselyn and I'm a Latina who lives in fabulous NYC. I am and have always been a beauty addict. I remember my first encounter with fashion and beauty at the tender age of 7; when I decided to fill out a subscription card for one of my sister's Seventeen magazine issues. I filled the card out and believe it or not at only seven years old I already had my first subscription. Since then I've never been the same! Other than my inner "Vogue" diva, in "real life" I’m an analyst at a financial firm in Manhattan; and also a college student. I come from a small but very tight knit family, and only have one older sister who I love dearly. I must say that I do credit her for a lot of my fascination with beauty, as it truly was all of HER makeup that I would try on as I was younger, behind her back and hoping that she would never notice. :) I decided to write this blog because I am devoted to this subject. I love makeup and I love feeling beautiful. Growing up I remember staring in awe at my mother and my sister as they applied their cosmetics in the mirror each day and looking forward to the day when I would be able to do the same. It's an addiction & this is my therapy! |
