| Introduction | Mr. Ryan is currently the Chief Information Officer for an international seismic data processing firm. He recently served as the CIO for a global manufacturing firm managing an Oracle EBS implementation. He managed a staff of 36 people in a 1700 employee firm, served as enterprise architect, hired and trained staff, negotiated contracts and licensing agreements. His recent experience as a Partner at RPM consulting includes interim CIO consultant to many energy, technology and financial firms including Chevron, Stewart Title Insurance, Ernst and Young, Teppco Pipeline and Noble Energy to name a few. Ryan has assisted companies in capital raising, signing strategic partners, integrating web sites, securing copyright, trademark and intellectual property protections. Mr. Ryan provides business and IT professional consulting services for corporate organizational issues. He has recognized expertise in areas of Risk analysis, SOX, SAS70 and HIPAA compliance, international IT and Corporate governance, and strategic business and organizational development, in both startup and Fortune 500 companies spanning decades.
