| Introduction | Untreated clinical depression and alcoholism, combined with some harsh life events, are not a good recipe for a happy life. I'm a man who overcame this and gained a second chance to rebuild my life; to find again the joy, solace and security of family and friends, and the day-to-day adventures in living. That second chance may now be somewhat curtailed with a poor prognosis for Squamous Cell Carcinoma - basically a dirty big cancerous lump on my right ear. The radiotherapy has failed, and now the chemotherapy has started. Nonetheless, the chances for a cure seem to be extremely low. I am a man living on borrowed time. My fight to make full use of this second chance is by NO means over. Read on and follow what happens next ... |
