Introduction	Welcome to our blog! We're three friends who decided to try a different beer every day for a year to gain a greater appreciation for the brewing process, different styles, and the heart & soul people put into making delicious beers. Shawn is the beer snob of our group. He's worked in the culinary field for 17 years, and he prefers dark and leathery beers and Belgians. Angela (the narrator of this blog) grew up as a Coors Light girl and was introduced to craft beer by Shawn. She is currently working on her Master's degree and enjoys dark, malty stouts and porters, as well as roasted coffee and chocolate flavors. Chris is an opera singer and a lazy bastard who didn't change his bio. (Thanks, Shawn!)
