He was born and brought up at Mau, a district of UP in India. He is introduced to people as Richmind but his given name is Mohd Rashid Ansari. He is a confident and tolerant person. He believes in patience and regularity. He thinks Time, Energy and Money are the resources one can achieve anything with. He has found three things the best in the world: Ilm(knowledge), Ibaadat(worship), and Mohabbat (love for the sake of Allah).
