| Introduction | My adult life has not been an easy one. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer when I was 22, she was 51. I lost her 4 years later, 4 months before I married my wonderful husband. We continued to deal with multiple family issues until we were ready to start our own family. We quickly learned that was not going to be so simple. After 4 and a half years of battling IF, failed ART procedures and multiple pregnancy losses, I gave birth to a baby girl, who is our true miracle in every sense of the word. Almost 2 years, one ruptured ectopic and one failed IVF later, I am 35 years old, and hoping for one more miracle...but are we asking for too much? |
