| Introduction | Hi, I'm Philipe LaMancusa, sometimes called Phil, sometimes called late for dinner. I started this blog to keep track of the articles that I wrote for Where Y'at magazine and it turned out to be a dream catcher. I am a New Orleans replant and have a shop in the French Quarter called Kitchen Witch, Now; however, the object is to get somebody to read this and eventually piece together a book or booklet which would sell millions and then I would throw THE BIGGEST crawfish boil and invite everybody you know (with plenty of cold PBR).
