Introduction	Cooking is and has been for a long time one of my favorite things to do - and I happened to marry a guy who loves to eat. In talking with friends, family and co-workers, I find that a lot of people feel pressed for time when it comes to creating a good meal. That's how this blog started. I try to post some of our weekly menus and meals with recipes so that others like us can be inspired. Sure, some nights we eat tacos, but generally we have a good healthy meal. We love to eat out too so you'll find some NJ restaurants discussed here. And when we travel I'll try to include some highlights from our trips.
