IntroductionI have a smart mouth, very little filter, and an enigma of a personality. I can go from being able to watch 10 episodes of Burn Notice (or whatever my current show is) to being unable to sit still in one position for longer than two minutes. When I'm in a restless mood, I tend to walk, drive, or climb things--trees, buildings, the refrigerator if nothing else is handy. I like being outside and active but I can also sit and read a book for four hours straight. I just graduated college, which is terrifying and thrilling. I still haven't found a career and I'm moving home for a while (I think) but that has more to do with how overwhelming all the options are. I love my criminal justice degree, but there are so many paths I could take if I put my mind to it that I have no idea where to start. My goal at this point is to be happy, because I know what it's like to be miserable, and that does no one any good.
InterestsFood, books, travel and sightseeing (especially water-i love waterfalls)
Favorite moviesLOTR, Sound of Music, POTC, Life as We Know It, Beauty and the Beast, Pride and Prejudice, X-men (especially First Class), Stranded, The Count of Monte Cristo
Favorite musicI'm a music chameleon. My friends give me music, I listen to it. It changes all the time. Some top songs are Livin' on a Prayer (Bedlight for Blue Eyes), Never Let Go (from The Guardian), Who I Am (Jessica Andrews), Princes and Frogs (Superchick), Cry Out to Jesus (Third Day), and Our Solemn Hour (Within Temptation). Hardly a comprehensive list, but there you go.
Favorite booksGraceling and Fire, The Looking Glass Wars, The Wednesday Letters, and especially The Thief, the Queen of Attolia, and the King of Attolia. Recently, I re-read Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern, and I'm working on the newly popular Hunger Games trilogy.

You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?

Slowly and evenly over the coals of the dragon's inner fire, until it's golden brown and delicious.
