| Introduction | As a recent Facebook update described, my life sometimes feels like "Diapers, laundry, food, dishes. Diapers, laundry, food, dishes, naps. Diapers, laundry, food, dishes. Sleep. Repeat." I have an amazing husband who works overtime so I don't have to work outside our home, but with two little cloth-diapered girls at home, I can't say I get to sit around and eat a lot of bon-bons. Though Girlmore Girls rerun does usually play every afternoon while our tall, feisty 2.5-year-old is supposedly in bed "napping" and our happy, food-obsessed 6-month-old is blissfully getting her milk-guzzling on. I try to keep things basic and natural, and while my deodorant scent is called "Hippie Pits", I haven't quite reached the realm of exclusively organic, eco-friendly green-ness. |
| Interests | I enjoy babywearing, cooking from scratch, sewing and crocheting, reading novels, getting lost in Pinterest and Etsy, coming up with the perfect gift(s) for every occasion, teaching piano lessons, organizing and putting things in color-order, dreaming about the beach, avoiding baking, and making lists of all of the things I'd love to create for my own Etsy shop and posts I'd want to someday write for my sad, empty little blog. |
