Introduction	About Joe: I graduated from Baltimore's International Culinary College in 1991 and have been in the food service industry ever since. I have a strong passion for wine and good food and look for new dining opportunities as they present themselves, wherever and whenever I can. Sharing these experiences with others is a great joy, but my friends aren't always around when I'M ready to eat, so this is my way of sharing these experiences with all of you! Cheers ~ Joe! About Kate: I am a designer by trade and a food and wine lover by nature! I went to UMaine with a year abroad studying art and language at the American University of Rome. I have been in sales and marketing for over 20 years and now have my own design business, Kate Lowry Designs, a Home Staging, Interior Redesign and Downsizing firm. I have always loved food, from shopping to preparing to displaying to eating. I love every part of the process and take great joy in setting my own table with the colors, textures, shapes and aroma of wonderful foods.
