About me

Introduction	As a local NH girl, my love for the wilderness began with my parents. Growing up, our favorite haunts were the neighboring Mt. Monadnock (Jaffrey, NH) and the further, but much larger, White Mountains. My passion for conquering each and every hill began at the ripe old age of eight, with a hut to hut trip my parents planned in the northern Whites. As a summer camp experience, my parents lead a group of eighth grade students on a three day excursion from Mt. Zealand to Mt. Washington. From the break-taking views to the homemade gorp, I was hooked. Today, my boyfriend, Perry’s and my goal is to summit all of New England’s 4000 footers, starting with my glorious home state, New Hampshire.
