| Introduction | I grew up during the war years in South Yorkshire and trained at RADA. Later, I joined the WRNS where I met my husband-to-be who was just about to finish his National Service. I married in Kenya, produced a few film documentaries and two children. Later,I gained degrees at LTCL and a B.Ed (hons) degree at Sussex University to teach English and Art. I am now retired and live in North Yorkshire. |
