| Introduction | Originally, this blog was to keep family updated on our status as a new married couple. It was to follow our journey together, to watch our family grow, and to keep in touch with each other. The blog has very drastically changed, as I found out on September 21, 2010 at 9:30 am CT that my husband, my new husband, was Killed in Action in Qalat, Afghanistan in a Blackhawk Helicopter crash. Matt was a Blackhawk pilot for the US Army. He will forever be my hero, even if he had never set foot on foreign soil. The blog, I guess, has now turned in to my journey in a life without the man that I can truly say made me whole. I am not sure how long it is going to last, but as my blogs continue to state, I am going to do the best I can to honor my husband. I love you by the way....Forever and Ever! |
