| Introduction | Originally from southern New Jersey, I am a 19 year old student, currently attending The Culinary Intitute of America, known as "the world's premier culinary college." I began the Baking and Pastry Arts associates program in April, 2011, and plan to also complete my bachelors in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. As I continue learning, my passion for the pastry arts field grows. It is exciting for me to be able to make a profession out of what I love doing. I am very grateful for the amazing opporutnity of being a student at the CIA, which is only possible because of God's constant provision in my life. As I enjoy my daily studies, I realize not only how sweet it is to learn about baking and pastries, but also the sweetness of trusting in Jesus, because without Him, I am nothing, and would not even be at the CIA right now. |
