Introduction	My design work is most often based in observation - photography, collection, documentation and reading. I like to have a solid base of read/written research at the outset of any project. With the information or imagery I have collated I then like to manipulate and disect my findings via photocopying (playing with scale, opacity etc. I find, can transform an image or idea), abstraction, experimental drawing, informal chats with other designers and artists. I enjoy constant revision of my work and to question my motivations in terms of technique and tone of imagery. To be continually challenged by way of peer opinion, contextualised development and my own gut feelings, I feel brings out the best as I work.
