Introduction	I'm mostly starting this blog because I hate the Goodreads app, and prying the laptop from my husband's cold, dead hands is pretty difficult. I'm hoping this will be an easier way to review books. Hey, maybe, one day, the NYT Book Review or NPR will discover me and realize they should be paying me to read books. Probably not, though.

Favorite books	The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, The Plague, Pride and Prejudice, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Spy Who Came in From the Cold, the Saxon Tales series, A Song of Ice and Fire, the Thomas Cromwell trilogy
