Introduction	Elena Frolova is a Russian singer, poet and composer. She was born in Riga, Lithuania. She writes songs based on the poetry of great Russian poets of the beginning and the end of the ХХ century: Marina Tsvetayeva, Anna Akhmatova. Osip Mandelshtam, Andrey Belyj, Mikhail Kuzmin, Joseph, Brodskiy, Veniamin Blazhennyj, Leonid Gubanov, and also based on her own poetry. Frolova uses a 6-string guitar as an accompaniment instrument. In 1996 she mastered *gusli that contributed to her repertoire Russian spiritual verse and Russian folk songs.
