Introduction I am a retired teacher, but am still active in many areas of music and theater. I love all kinds of music, but especially early music, music from the 12,13,and 14th centuries. So far I haven't had many opportunities to travel much, but I would like to do more of that. I especially am interested in Tierra del Fuego and Chile. I am a freelance keyboardist and a wannabe recorder player.

Favorite Music Recorder consort CD's, Early music CD's; Debussy and Ravel, music from the Baroque era. I love the classical channels on XM and Serius, and love the Baroque Cafe on Sunday mornings on Serius hosted by Marcia Young.I like Broadway tunes and lots of the old standards. Every so often a pop song comes out that I like...but not often.

You moved the pot before the coffee stopped brewing. Do you smell the mountains or the burro?

You mean Juan's steed from Colombia? I think the aroma of a burro is most likely the scent of burned coffee.
