Introduction	I'm a stay-at-home mom to three fantastically adorable, albeit crazy children. I home roast coffee, belong to a cooking club, am starting an urban homestead this year (thumb willing), and have a chronic longing for road trips. I have a fantastic husband who is a a full-time student while working enough to support me staying home.
