| Introduction | I am currently a graduate student at University of Colorado at Boulder and a culinary student at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Though I spend most of the day studying the moon, at night I go to class and learn all about food and different cooking techniques. This blog will be full of the food I love to make and eat everyday, but also many recipes from my culinary education.
