Introduction	I was born in Victoria, Cabañas a small town in El Salvador on the 18th of October. I was baptized on January 2nd of the following year, in the parish of Santa Barbara. I went to the "Fermin Velasco” school in Sensuntepeque, the city in which my family lives. I entered the Pius XII Seminary of San Vicente on January 31, 1992. I completed my philosophy studies at the Seminary of Nuestra Señora del Camino in Guatemala, and Theology at San Jose de la Montana Seminary in San Salvador. I was ordained a priest on March 25, 2006, in the Parish of Santa Barbara, Sensuntepeque, for the Diocese of Zacatecoluca, by the Most Reverend Elías Samuel Bolaños, Bishop of Zacatecoluca. Three months after being ordained I was sent to work in the United States, for the Diocese of Arlington. The positions I held are: Pastoral Care to the Hispanic community of Saint Anthony of Padua Parish in Falls Church, and Professor of Pastoral Institute for Pastoral Formation at the Spanish Apostolate of the Diocese.
