| Introduction | I live in a wildlife preserve where herons and egrets greet me daily, and where I have the peace and space in which to give my creativity a chance to grow and be expressed. With two books behind me--"To Bernard Berenson With Love" and "Survivor's Guide to Grief: Be Like a Starfish"--I am also pleased that my songs are being covered. Next projects: a book on Micronesia, a book on growing up in China, and a number of articles, poems and songs in concept only now. My four children and three grandchildren and step-children are a constant inspiration. I am so grateful for them. |
