| Introduction | Thank you for viewing my blog! I am a naturalist and environmentalist, and my background and primary interest is herpetology. I also am involved locally in historical preservation. As a certified interpretive guide, I take advantage of any opportunities I get to connect with other people. I was born and still live in Chicago, Illinois and although the focus of this blog is the city, I also love to travel as well. In my free time, I love field herping, photography, and research.
