| Introduction | Kinley Tshering is an Asstt. Attorney Employed under Office of Attorney General, Thimphu. Before he joined the Office he have gone a year long training for National Law in Royal Institute for Management. In 2008 he was a Dzongkha Editor with Bhutan Broadcasting Service and Bhutan Observer, Thimphu. He is a translator, writer and lawyer. He enjoys the creative and innovative works that brings joy to this world at large. The most enjoying part of his life is analyzing his mind with Buddha's teachings like uttara and tantara, madhiyamika and the middle path. Specially with the Dzongchen teachings and he is the practioner of Chod, like Dudjom Throma and Rinchen Thrangwa of Karmapa. He loves networking with other people and enjoys playing indoor and outdoor games. Most of his leisure time, he spend with reciting the prayers and reading books. |
