Introduction	I am a yo-yo dieter, in 1972 I weighed 107 when I married. By 1981 I had all 3 of my children, 2 sons and daughter (Christina). 1983 I was diagozed with Thyrod Cancer as of 2009 was still battling it. My highest weight was 218, I have tried countless diets, in 1996 I started Phen Phen and lost 63 lbs, and had gained it all back by 2000. I am an active person but still have alot of weight on. Dec 2010 I joined Weight Watchers and so far doing great on it.
