Introduction At the age of 45 I was feeling “old”. Despite being active on a regular basis and maintaining what I thought was a reasonably good diet, I had gained weight, felt low on energy and was experiencing numerous physical pains and injuries. In 2006 I found Crossfit and it completely changed my approach to training for fitness. One year later I was in the best health of my life! I leaned out, gained muscle, strength, speed, endurance, and completely eliminated all my previous aches, pains and physical limitations. In 2008 I completed the Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer course and obtained certification as a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. In 2010 I completed certifications for Crossfit Movement & Mobility, POSE Running Level 1 trainer, and Agatsu Kettle Bell Level 1 trainer. I have also attended seminars in Olympic lifting, Yoga, Pilates, and have over 15 years of martial arts training (karate, aikido, tai-jitsu). I am happy to offer my assistance and share my experiences with anyone who is interested in learning new skills and improving their health and physical capabilities.
