Introduction	Mom of a son & daughter who are still shorter than me (for now), Wife to one wonderful High School Band Director, Have a great sense of humor, no time to go out, no money to go out anyway. I'm an "abstract random" person most days, thankfully I adapt to a "concrete sequential" moment or two on occasion. There is no better day than one spent with my kids and my husband (oh, and our two sweet but crazy dogs).
Interests	Reading, Writing, Finding great deals, Travel, Music, Theater (no musicals!), Outdoors- Hiking, walking, camping, boating, Doing everything with my family.
Favorite movies	Princess Bride, Muppets Take Manhattan, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Borne Identity & Supremacy, Trains Planes and Automobiles, the list goes on and on.
Favorite music	I'm almost totally out of the loop with music trends. I like the White Stripes, They Might Be Giants, Mumford and Sons, Architecture in Helsinki and others, but I haven't purchased a CD for YEARS and I rarely listen to much radio-played music.
Favorite books	Amy Tan books are serious favorites, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, many C.S. Lewis books, any and all David Sedaris books, also LOVE Sarah Vowell's Assassination Vacation. A tree grows in Brooklyn (classic), A Prayer for Owen Meany, constantly reading new books, so I'll never, ever finish a list of favorite books. This makes me very happy.

aluminum. magnets only attract metal alloys containing iron, and aluminum isn't one of them. :)
