| Introduction | The foundation of my career has always been mathematics and analytical thinking. I have a weakness for thought puzzles that require unconventional solutions. I am drawn to ‘wicked problems’: ambiguous challenges with no clear solutions. I also know that analytical thinking needs a companion, skills in managing change. To help my clients build sustainable evaluation capability requires an understanding of human behavior and its impact on the adoption of evaluation practices.
