IntroductionBorn and raised in the small town of Nelson, British Columbia I enjoyed all that BC has to offer--which is lots!!! I grew up loving God and have never stopped. I love Haiti and the Haitian people --a few of whom I now I call family. In 2005 my life took a radical change. I took my first trip to Haiti and read the Gospel of Luke. A scary combination! I discovered a God who pursues and a Jesus who abandoned all. I too will abandon all for HIM. As far as pottery, I love pottery! The process of creating something useful from the clay of the ground has always intrigued me. I love being a potter, watching and learning from skilled potters (Simon Leach being my favorite!) I also love teaching others the art of pottery, how to make their own something useful out of the clay of the ground, and giving opportunity for others to have a creative outlet. The highlight of it all is opening the kiln, seeing the finished product and, of course...sharing that product with others.

Favorite moviesI am a Tyler Perry Fan and a Meg Ryan fan. Chick flicks. I like any feel good movie and don't do well with anything too intense unless it has Matt Damon in it. James Bond is also high on the list.
Favorite musicNeedtoBreathe, Michael Bublé--is it because he is Canadian??, Nora Jones, Passenger and anything like it :), Munford and Sons, All Sons and Daughters, Kari Jobe, Any Bethel Music (with or without words), David Crowder, Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, Jesus Culture. Anything with an Irish Bluegrass feel--must be my Irish roots.
Favorite booksAnything Andrew Murry--"Humility" being a favorite. Of Mice and Men--don't know why but it affected me greatly. The Bible--its really the only book you need!! That's the truth!
