We provide consultation for NABH, ISO 9001:2008, Training to staff for communication skills, grooming, body language, customer relationship management, guest relations, Quality improvement studies and tools, time management, stress management, leadership, attitude etc. Trainer's profile- Ms Monica Ganvir is PG Diploma in hospital management, Diploma in Quality management, MBA in healthcare. She has over 7 years of experience in Management and leads the way to improve quality in key areas. She has worked with BPO industries and various brand hospitals like Apollo Jehangir, Wockhardt and Hope in project managemnet, Operations and HR. She worked with a software company named DrMHope as a project manager and successfully completed the HMS product. she is a certified lead assessor for NABH, provides documentation and implementation of NABH.
