Introduction Eat, Run, Yoga, Repeat is a blog about three of my main passions in life: yoga, running and food. I am currently training for the London Marathon 2018, whilst running my own sports massage and yoga therapy business - Body Equilibrium. I eat (a lot!) of yummy food and love to share the great places I've been or the food I've managed to cook myself. I'll also share training tips, yoga poses and wellbeing advice.
