| Introduction | A lifelong collector of old things, I love searching for, finding and rescuing vintage treasures. My hunting grounds are estate sales, flea markets, antique shops, auctions, rummage sales, thrift stores, and of course garage, yard, and tag sales. A former union advocate, now at age 50 I am reinventing myself as a seller of antique and vintage items. I sell my finds on Amazon, ebay and Etsy. Why buy new when older items are often better made, more interesting, and full of character? This blog chronicles my journey from buyer to seller, collector to dealer, and avocation to vocation.
