| Introduction | I was born and bred in West London, went to school first at Bousfield, then Granard and at Lady Margaret school, where I met some of my best friends, Donna, Katy, Penny and Angela A hectic time ensued; left school (without an exeact) and wanted to be an actress after meeting some friends at group 64 drama group in Putney- Nick, Julian and Francesca- didn't work out, worked for my dad for a bit and then went to live in Canning Town to do youth work-a very interesting time -came back west and met my daughter's father, went to study youth work in Walthamstow, moved to Chiswick, had my daughter,met my good friend Ali, struggled, got married and divorced again, worked in a library, met my son's dad, partied a lot, had my son, took part in a artists'co-op running cafes at festivals,met my husband,trained as a probation officer, got back in touch with my old school friends, bought a house, holidayed in Whitby,left probation and lived happily ever after with my wonderful husband and two delightful children. Am learning to tapdance and play the fiddle -not at the same time! |
