Introduction	I am a passionate newspaper Publisher who's hobby is my job, I thrive and actually enjoys the challenges we face in our industry today. It is trying times such as these that can bring out the best or worst in people, I choose to attempt to bring out the best. My favorite quote by Gen. Eric Shinseki: "If you don't like change, you will enjoy irrelevance even less" is so true of our industry. The time for talking and speaking of change is far gone, it is time to step to the plate and swing for the fences. While we must respect it, we can't be afraid of the unknown. We must be willing to venture far out beyond the safety of the harbor and take on the largest waves head on and under our terms. If the rules of the game no longer work to our advantage, we must either leave the game or better yet, change the rules. It is time for our industry to change the rules and change them quickly.
