| Introduction | I'm jason (26). I'm a full time process engineer at a tissue plant where I improve the efficiency, productivity and do other ''engineery things'' around the plant to help out. At home I am an avid pc gamer and also, oddly enough, someone who enjoys the hell out of running and cycling. I have played hockey,golf,soccer(football) and many other sports over the past 20 years but none that have taken me away like running. If you're a runner you know what i'm talking about, if not...go run. After those 4-5 painfull as hell inital runs you should start to see improvement and pleasure out of the occasional run. |
