| Introduction | I’m a disciple of Christ. He is the only way to heavenly eternity, joy and peace. “Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” ~ John 14:6 I’m also a daughter, wife, mother and teacher. I’m originally from California, and have spent more than the last decade as a Texas transplant! My husband, Sam, and I are parents to two fabulous boys – Connor and Elijah. We entertain a small zoo of four cats, one dog and a fish. I’m an artist by nature and by trade. My mediums and styles are diverse. I specialize in portraiture, and am also accomplished in pencil, paint, mosaic, mural, clay, and graphic art. I accept private commissions and teach too. My purpose in art is to glorify Almighty God. I do not endeavor to make art just for art’s sake, but to serve Him who makes me able. Artisan’s Call is a new endeavor and is still in the ‘brainstorming’ phase. The idea thus far is to create a place for both children and adults to create art, not just for their own enjoyment, but for the purpose of providing for and meeting the needs of others.
